Bank Of India: Relationship with banking its a slogan of Bank of India but I think its not able to do this because its not able to provide good care to its customers.I am also a account holder in Bank of India and my account number is 90031xxxxxx5397.I am using its services from a long time about 3 to 4 years but I didn’t realize any thing comfortable and special in its services., I always have to face many types of problems every time .like sometimes my cheque was not cleared within 7 to 8 days, sometimes the depositing money take so much time to update in my account balance, sometimes when I trying to know anything about my account and I try to call its customer care service everytime it was busy and when I go to bank to solve my problems I did’nt receive any type of positive response from them .

When I talk about its present services on 14 January 2017 I was going to a atm to withdraw some money from my Bank of India atm card I enter the password and enter the amount the atm does’nt give me the money but I received a message from bank for a withdrawal and when I checked my account the amount will be deducted from my account and when I go to bank for that they told me to wait 3 days for the money reversal nd I filled a form for money reversal and do after this the bank takes almost 7 to 8 days for money reversal.most of the banks take only 1 to 2 days for that type of problem but Bank of India takes so much time for that problem.
Every time when I trying to call its customer care service the number was always busy somewhere and every time I have to go bank for every type of big and small problem, the bank was so far from my home and I am a working guy and I did’nt able to go bank for any type of small problem and from the God blessing I always have to go bank for every type of problem realated to my account.
Every time when I withdraw some money from my atm or I am not doing anything they always deducts some amount from my account .at present they also deducts some amount from my account.
At the end of my review I did’nt think so anyone can ask me why I am not happy with Bank Of India and its services because I always faced so many problems from the bank side so here I completed my review and I written everything and every problem which is faced by me from Bank Of India. .
