Opening a saving bank account with Bank of India was the biggest mistake of my life.
It is said to be one of the biggest Banks of Inida. whereas services of it are very poor. really tired of complaining everything.
as Today I have been charged twice for Annual ATM mainteneace fee. 124.50 rs and 177.75 rs have been debited. I am using a Master debit card from sep 2014, So it would be charged for rs 114.50 only.
I have complained then, on that they said that charges are deducted centrally, they could not do anything. Really pathetic service.
I amgoing t escalate it to higher authorities. hoping they should make a favour of me.
