Hi friends today I am going for my personal experience bank of india open my account open 6 month ago.this bank is not good response.(1)phone banking-this bank phone banking is very bad and not reply.the wrost quality of service.(2)Atm availability-this bank has not so many of availability.in my area I have only one branch atm and the distace is 6 km from my house.(3)-this bank internet banking is not good and very slow.internet connectivity is very bad.(4) coustmer sevice-this bank coustmer sevices and phone coustmer service is very disrespectful.this bank service is not good I dont like this bank.other senior citizen my bad experience bank of india.thank u
