Bank of India is a pathetic bank to bank with. Really I had a horrible experience with this bank last year. Later I switched to obc bank. The service provided by Bank of india is not up to the mark. Even their staff is not helpful has I had an issue with one of the cheque which was issued to my friend from this bank. I had sufficient amount in my account then too they bounced my cheque and they gave me the reason that my signature was not proper. For this simple reason it hit my cibil and I had a long conversion with the branch manager but had no solution so I had close my account from Bank of india. Very bad bank and won’t recommend anyone to open an account with this bank.
