Hold a salary account at this Bank And I was wanted to activate my Internet banking facility. However I was getting errors while tried to generate password for the same and called customer care number to get the resolution. And for three days I suffered and non of the executive including supervisor provide me the correct information.
Every time they gave me fake commitment and I failed to access. And while they didnt know what to do they put me on hold sometime disconnected the call. I called them probably six times. I waisted my three days to call them up and I had make some urgent payment through online. But just because of their irresponsibility I had to pay extra. As there is no meaning to provide Internet banking facility if they can not arrange instant technical support and special the 24hrs customer service which is worthless.
