Yeah, you are absolutely right, Naneshwes. They say they do a background check on every recruit, but dont know how this ancient crap of a manager and his close followers in content got in through unfinished degrees and questionable experiences.
The kind of leadership they provide can be well-imagined. To make matters worse, they make spineless HR dance to their tunes.
The drama of taking folks out on movies and luncheons every month is all too grand and in reality one knows how many tickets are given away to their friends/relatives and a chunk goes to warm their pocket in connivance with shitty restaurants.
Work atmosphere is stinky at this bizarre company and if you want to be a Content Coolie for all your experience and talent, Welcome! Youve reached the right place. Part of the fact is due to few minions always buttering up their seniors and doing no work, going on extended breaks or not showing up for better part of day or taking some silly administrative burden excuse apparently;) Newbies and hard working writers as a result are saddled with 1500-2000 words per day. Quality suffers, but who bothers?
Toxic waters, really. Attrition in last one & half years alone is more than industrys 15%. If they still dont smell a rat, I feel the place is stinking with bully rodents.
