Online Bantia Furniture website says Rs. 59, 999, but when I went to the store, the sales rep said the actual price is Rs. 69, 999, plus 16% GST/CST, plus 18% Gift Tax, and when I asked him to give all the details on their paper, then he was trying to write it on a white paper. When I called the head office in Sikh Village, they I just have to pay 59, 999 only. Online it was asking for PIN CODE and after entering it said 2000 additional discount and upon checking out one can avail it. First, I have tried to place an order online, which I was unable to do after several attempts. Second, when I went to the store the guy said they don’t have the additional offer of 2000 discount, but when I showed him online right in front of him, he said I can avail the discount on the next purchase. Bantia Furniture website says something which is completely different from in store and the store employees bluntly say they don’t have the offer. Another story, when I to place an order Online and when it did not go through I received an email stating an employee from Bantia Furniture will contact me within 24 hours and after 3 days no one has contacted me and the most funny part is when I went to Attapur branch, the manager Abdul Waheed took my contact details and promised me that he will contact me within 1 hour and it has been 24 hours and I have not received any call from him too. Another funny thing is that I cannot take a picture of the item that I will be buying until I pay beforehand. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY BANTIA FURNITURE’S ONLINE FAKE ADVERTISEMENT AND THE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF IN ATTAPUR BRANCH. I would have definitely supported Bantia Furniture if everything what they have advertised would have been true.
