This complaint is specifically for the Madhapur/Hitech city road. This company is FRAUDULENT in its dealings.
The store salesmen and floor managers are very friendly before the purchase and they treat you like God. After you pay cash, the problems begin. They dont deliver furniture on time, they never intimate when it will be delivered and they dont pick up the phone. They completely block you from all calls. To get an update on delivery status you have to go to the store multiple times and even then every time you inquire they say it will be delivered next day and that next day never comes to bear.
They eventually delivered furniture after months in a poor broken down auto. My furniture had scratches all over the place. And after a few months of usage, the bed frames are peeling off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
CHANDRASEKHAR, the manager of the store is a first rate crook. He should be locked up.
