I have no words when it comes to dining at Barbeque Nation. My wife and I visited the Sohna Road branch on Valentine’s Day and taraaaaa a cute heart shaped valentine’s day cake was presented as a complimentary to all people. It was a warm and sweet gesture.
As starters were served, the whole variety and presentation totally hooked me. I enjoyed the crisy corns and potatoes. Grilled pineapple was unique. I dug into grilled chicken, which were well roasted and marinated. The best part was customization. The service staff went to each guest asking for feedback and if any dish was to be customized. Complimentary lemonade was refreshing along with starters.
Moving to main course, there was huge spread of veg and non veg. My wife enjoyed her paneer gravy, daal makhni, steamed rice, noodles and manchurian, while I had a feast with chicken gravy, steamed rice, fish and assorted salad. Never had such well prepared meal anywhere. The salt and spices were perfectly balanced in every dish.
Coming to sweets, we were almost full by that time. Still we gave pan kulfi a try. And it was heavenly. Served with khud syrup and gulkand, the pan kulfi was too good. Peanuts Choco brownie and custard were out of the world. I gave gulabjamun a miss, since I was full to the core.
We were billed for somewhere around Rs 1300 inclusive of taxes. The surprise gift we got was a picture framed of us:-) Loved the warmth of the staff and the good food. I like to dine here and naver had any complain.
