Barbeque Nation is a prominent name when it comes to North Indian, Continental and Mediterranean cuisine. With several branches across India, when you visit a particular branch, you expect nothing but the best.
The décor is a standard brown and white with comfortable leather seats and cushions. I particularly love the seating arrangements at Barbeque nation. They are basically benches with soft cushion, leather padding and a back rest. Since you are going to do a proper three course meal and take your time to enjoy the courses, the seating arrangement becomes utmost important.
The main attraction of the restaurant is definitely the grill on the table. Every table has a personalized grill and as soon as you are seated a waiter quietly comes and starts the fire. The waiter will note down the preferences of each and every individual and bring and place the skewers accordingly. For the non vegetarians there is seekh, chicken and prawns. For the vegetarians there are options of Pineapple, panner, Mushrooms, Peppers and Baby corn. The starters are unlimited and you can eat as much as you like but I strongly recommend that make sure you enjoy your starters but leave some room for the main course.
The main course is an elaborate spread of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian delights. They serve 2-3 options of Non Veg & Veg curries, a couple of sabzis and fried chicken / roast mutton. There is biryani/ pulav as well. Occasionally they also have a live pasta counter. Where the chef will whip up some delicious pasta according to your preference and serve it to you piping hot.
They have quite a spread of desserts as well. Ranging from ice creams, pastries, phirni, rabdi, gulab jamuna etc.
A meal for two will cost anywhere around Rs 1200- Rs 1500 on a weekday and on weekends it might go upto Rs 2000 but for the kind of spread they offer along with unlimited starters, it is definitely worth every penny you spent.
