This was my fourth visit to Barbeque Nation and my first to their JP Nagar outlet. The food as usual was decent. The price just right and the interiors very roomy and relaxing. The waiters are well behaved and prompt. We decided that we must visit this place more often as it is close to my residence and the overall experience was good. But my experience was about to take a U turn. I had opted for valet parking and when I got my car back, I noticed a patch of scratches on the front bumper. I called the drivers in charge of parking, spoke to the person in charge of parking, but to no avail. I just wanted them to accept that they did this and I would have moved on. But no, these vermin were in no mood to tell the truth. It did not help that I could show them that the powdered paint was still coming off the scratches. I got my car repainted pretty recently and this ruined the otherwise good experience. I am not going to visit them again.
