I am a regular visitor of Barbeque Nation JM Road and they always made me feel special about the whole experience. always! I celebrated my mum’s birthday there(70th birthday) and they helped her selecting right dishes according to her taste and health. I took my wife there when she was expecting and the captain spent a good time with us to check if she has allergy with any kind of food and explained what might not be a good choice that evening for her health. Avoid pineapple he warned.
When I paid tips along with my bill, they gracefully returned saying’No tips’ policy.they did not accept the tips despite of me insisting. Even the valet parking guy returned 20 Rs saying’no tips sir’. That shows high ethical values instilled in the staff and for any organisation, it must be the matter of pride.
Only one suggestion - guys you should seriously improve on those starters please. bring in new dishes.they are all the same for so many years. Otherwise all stars for customer service, food and ambience.
