I am regular customer at barbeque nation. However when visited the place at sector 62, on 08.12.18 with three family members the experience was not good. Though the waiter was trying to do his best to please the guests but most of the items served cold even after repeated requests to serve it hot. The drinks written on menu we’re not available, when asked the reason, we were told that machine is not working. When we asked for kulfi we were again told that the machine for kulfi is also not working. When we told this to the manager he confirmed that both machines are out of order but offered to arrange kulfi from outside. For ice cream only one option was available as the other one was already exhausted. After finishing snacks there was nobody to pick the plates, so we had to push the plates aside so that we could place our meals plate on the table. The person on the reception was frequently leaving the reception table and cleaning the food tables instead. Overall not a very good experience.
