I have been to two branches of Barbeque Nation. One at Ulsoor and another one here at Whitefield, Bangalore. This one is perfectly placed to attracted both office goers and the locals staying in the area. As this area is pretty hep, you can expect to be surrounded by great people!
I went here with my office colleagues for lunch and had a great time in their company. We sampled almost all the starters and drinks that were listed on their menu! I went for a light beer as we had to head back to office. I also did not want to go for anything heavy and stuck to eating light vegetarian food!(Somehow I feel that even veggies cooked in cashew paste is pretty light compared to Chicken and Mutton:p).
I went for their Paneer starters, Cajun Spicy Potatoes, Chilly Garlic BBQ Pineapple and had a good time having those. they also serve starters that are not on the menu and they too taste amazing and are mouth-watering. After we signalled for the veg starters to end, we talked for sometime and then moved on to have the Main course.
I stuck to having the plain rice and Dal Tadka, while the others tucked into the biryani, Chicken and Mutton gravies. There was also Fried Rice that I tasted and was pretty yummy.
For desserts I had a little Angoori Gulab Jamun with Vanilla ice-cream and let me tell you its the best combination in the world!
