I have been getting repeated calls for the past one year from barclays bank on my cell no 9820788107 asking for **"maharashtra agencies".
I have repeatedly been telling the telephone officers that this is my personal number and not of maharashtra agencies.
Despite of my requests for updating the system and deleting my number, the calls have not stopped. In fact i have been told by the person calling to **" go ahead and do whatever possible "
Today ( 07.07.09) i got a call againg from one mr. Kumar who informed that since his tla or floor manager was not available he could not connect me to his seniors.
I was given the customer service no. 60004444 which i have been tryin for the past week but have not been successful.
I happened to call the no. From which i got a call today ( 022 42495000 ) and spoke to floor manager - mr imran who has again assured me that i will not get a call again. When i asked him to send me a mail in writing assuring the same, i was told to write a mail to servive@barclay.com which i have done.
Request you to kindly take this seriously as these calls are not only irritating but the callers are very arrogant and challenge us to do whatever possible. This message should be reviewed by all concerned to avoid harrasment.
If no immediate action is taken by the concerned bank authorities under communication to me, i will be forced to take legal steps for the damages - financially and personally interfering and wasting my valuable professional time.
