I think the whole Barclays’ bank in iNDIA is run by Cheaters. I got this card and never used. Last month I receiced a phone call stating that I am selected in their priority circle and provided me an exculsive customer care number which was dedicated only for me.
More over the person informed that Rs.5000 had to be paid and not a single paise more than that. When I recived the statement I was shocked to see that the payment was Rs.5000 + S.T. of Rs.681 which the person failed to told me. So I asked them to cancel this offer.
To my surprise they told that the offer cannot be cancelled and you can do whatever youcan. In their website under the Terms and conditions of Priority Circle they themselves mentioned that the customer is unsatisfied they can cancel this offer. When I inquire about this they told that mine is different offer. What a hell bank. People be aware and do not entertain any verification calls via phone. You will be CHEATED.
