I had applied to a Barclays Credit Card from the DSA known as Tagspace situated at Indranagar. Documents were collected and verification also done, but unfortunately no card. I had called the bank at the customer service number and they had told me to get in touch with the DSA I did call the DSA and spoke to one Mr. Arif he did his best to help me but the Team Leader Shabana needs to undergo customer service training. She said that she would call me back the next day to let me know the status but her watch has stopped working. It is now 168 hours and still she has not called.
Is this a type of game Barclays is playing they should know that documents collected are confidential and they should have the courtesy to call the customer and inform the customer the status. It is very irating when the customer is told we have no record of the application. To ensure that Barclays do well in view of the competition they should either close down this dsa or get the management changed.
I know I will never recommend any of my friends for a Barclays Card. It is nothing but nonsence just a gimmick in collection data from customers so that the customers could be harrassed. But thank God we have a DND law in force at the moment.
