Barclays cards is one of the worst card companies I have had. First off all they give me a gold card with 2 lac limit which they reduce to 20 k in 5 months inspire of me not missing a single installment payment.
Then they charge me over charge limit for using the card more than 20 k and guess what you have to make the entire payment including the extra charges otherwise it will keep reflecting in your statement as and over charge with interest charged. I had to make the entire payment to and get it reversed next month.
You can forget about and traction number every time you speak to the customer service agent, because they don;t have any tracking system. which means you have to call them up after every 7 day and remind or rather check on the status again.Not to mention the pathetic customer service agent they have who can hardly speak in English. I have cancelled their card and god help those who don’t.
