I’m holding Barclays Premier League credit card first of all they do noy have there won atm centre or drop boxes.there customer service team is very rude and helpless and as well online.refrence number-99090123610077.I had droped a cheque.
In december of centurion bank of punjab ltd.by mistake it was unsigned .it was not clear.after a while customer care team has called me.and started abusing me.to make the payment you r not bothered to make the payments.they said you make the payment in cash there want be any late fees charges.
I made the payment still they charged me late fees charges and did not bother to return my cheque also.first of all they said its in there guideline they do not return cheque.you can write the mail we can not help you, After sending so many mails to custmer servicw team they refused to send the cheque back. on 6th feb, 09.I received a mail they have arranged a scan copy of my cheque to send me back.now it is almost a momth now I have not received any mail.three times they have charge me late fees charges.they sky pak courier drop boxes.its is very embarrising.
I have a personal loan running als o through barclays bank in both I had very bad experience I suggess not to take any service from Barclays I trying to arrange money to make the full payment .and not to keep any relationship with such bank.Satbir S Brar
