I have been charged with priority circle charges on my credit card , which I am not interested and when asked for cancellation they denied to do so, I called up the Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore and Hyderbad branches for cancellation.
But they say we don’t have the permission to cancell the charges and when asked to listen to my tape where I agree the charged of priority circle to be made for my credit card and they said they don’t have the permission. For each and every option , I asked in this regard.
I only got sorry for the inconvenience. I requested the mail ID of Mr Kusal Roy Head of Cards in India and I get a reply that we don’t disclose it.A cutomer should know what he is agreed on and its the bank duty to make him satisfy , Instead they say that you agreed on the prioity circle , So we charged you and you have to pay.Service is very poor, Customer support is too bad and over all satisfaction very disgusting, sordid and ghastly.
