Poor and Lousy Customer service by the bank

Hi, I am Devendra Kala, I am a resident of MUMBAI, long back I’ve applied for a BARCLAY BANK CREDIT CARD and the bank after Varifying and approval sent me the PIN No. of the card.  The Credit Card should’ve been reached my address within 7 days of receipt of the PIN. after 15 days waiting I’ve spoken to the CUSTOMER SERVICe of the Bank and got the information that the card shall reach in next 7 days but in vein. again called up the bank on 12/10/07 and the same was the reply.


On 27/10/07 again tried to enquire about the status of my card and still no clue. Now if you call their tollfree No.s i.e. 60004444 or 1800 2337878 you get a msg that for your Application Status call 60016001 and the call is disconnected. if you try dialing this no. it is engage continuously. I rate the BANK’s CUSTOMER SERVICE as very very so very POOR and do not recommend to apply for it.
