Me and my friend had gone to the besant nagar Barista on 21st Nov, 2012 for a coffee and we had ordered for a paneer sanveg as well. Only when we were just about to finish the sanveg, I noticed a house fly dead and stuck deep in the corner of a sanveg.
There are basic rules of maintenance and serving fresh food to customers, which they terribly failed at. Morever, when we complained them, they just wanted to solve the issue very softly by cancelling our bill. The money was not our concern but the fact that they require to maintain the store in hygienic conditions for the name and the brand they endorse. Terribly irritated with their service and carelessness over maintenance of food.
