Baskin Robbins needs to train his people better in Ooltewah, TN. I went in tonight and bought a pint of chocolate ice cream and a hot fudge sundae with 3 scoops. It was in a big cup when I was handed the hot fudge sundae, and the scoops of ice cream were so tiny they didn’t even reach halfway up the cup. When I pointed this out to the young lady who had made it, she just looked at me like I was so lucky. I probably won’t be back there, and that’s a real shame because, for some time, we wanted a spot like this in Ooltewah. But for so little, that’s just too much money. People can’t afford to be ripped off like that today.
