Got up early in d morning. Came out in the balcony and saw that it was raining. I took a small umbrella and went out for walk on a long road with Bata slippers or so called chapals. It is one of the oldest brands in India. I have visited its stores in delhi.
The company was setup as a small operation near calcutta on 1932. This township is popularly known as batanagar. Today Bata india is largest footware retailer with 1200 stores.
I have almost walked for forty five minutes on the rain with these slippers. Time to return back home. Splash.splash.bata.
