I am wearing bata for ages and Power i.e their Sports shoe is my personal favorite before I moved to nike. It was a great delight to see bata coming with their own website for online shopping i.e. https:// bata.in but I must say it’s good to fins a store and purchase from their rather than ordering on line.
I order a pair of sports shoe, 2 pairs of chapal(Home sleepers) and one leather shoe from the online store, first of all delivery time was 12 days, I don’t know from where they were sending me those stuff and when the stuff came I feel like cheated. Sports shoes were fine but the leater shoes are all dusty and had wrinkle marks like they were used. I called their customer care and they said it will take them 1 week to send someone for return.
