I reluctantly ordered Hush Puppies sandals from Bata.in as I could not find the same(color and size) in any of the showrooms in my City.
First of all, I don’t have any complaints about the website; the layout, the usability, etc. is like any other eCommerce sites. Easy to use.
Another point worth mentioning is that, they do have good collection of shoes.
I’ve read in one review that the item they shipped was totally different from the one shown in the website. As for my case I know exactly what I wanted to order, and the same model, color and size was shipped to me. No complaints here also.
However, once ordered it took considerably long time to dispatch the item. It took 6 days to dispatch the item. Though they didn’t mention the expected delivery date this to me is too slow and unacceptable.
I would recommend buying from this website if you can’t find the item you are looking for in your local store and is listed in bata.in website. And of course if you are not in a hurry.
I definitely would have given them 5 stars if the delivery was a little bit quick.
