I purchased one slippers from bata showroom 12th of Dec on discount. I wore it on 15th Dec and within 1 hour, slippers gone bad. Actually, metal ring near thumb of leg, starting coming out from upper strip, which holds and give support the slipper. I went to showroom and they told it is a discounted product so no warranty.
But how bad quality and design products you are selling that within an hour product gone bad.Though, they agreed to repair it and I got it on Sunday. I wore again in evening and again within half an hour same problem came and again went showroom and they simply denied that it’s a discounted product and no warranty and guarantee.So, it’s mean that whatever the discounted product by bata is faulty product and can gone bad within few hours of using.Really bad experience with the product and the salesperson of the showroom.
