I ordered 2 pairs of footwear from bata app, 1 pair was damaged, and after that I returned that product and applied for refund, they have not refunded my amount till now, it’s been weeks,
everytime I call customer care they say that your refund is processed, you will receive it in 3 days, but till now I have not received it. Very slow service and also the online app is very slow, worst experience
