I bought one Formal shoe in the month of May, 2019 from Bata Showroom in MG Road, Near Head Post office, Hosur, Tamilnadu.
Within 2 months of purchase, product got damaged and peeled-off.
Since I had my personal activities, I forgot to report this. I reported in September, 2019.
I gave all my purchase details and photos.
From Customer service, they took more than 2 weeks time and after multiple calls from my side, they came up with a superb reply saying that since 4 months are over from the date of purchase they can’t do repair or replacement.
Have a look at those images I attached. Within 2 months, this shoe got damaged.
To give such a waste reply, they took 14 days.
Within 3 months, we need to report. What they are trying to say, Bata products will give a life for only 3 months. They are not Quality certified and won’t give long life.
Very Worst in Quality and Worst Product and Worst Customer service.
