BATA is a very popular outlet aacross the country but it doesn’t mean it is the best.
I have used many BATA products in past. first of all, there is very less variety available, so the options are very limited.
secondly, the footwear is very expensive considering its quality. BATA is charging a very high price for its product.
the customer satisfaction or service they provide is very bad.
the staff is also not friendly.
I would recommend SPARX over BATA.
