• But When I Reach Home And Try To Clean It With Clothes And Keep It In Shoe Rack, I Found That Its Shiny Material Is Got Rubbing And Its Shine Is Vanishing And I Wear It OnlY 1 Times And After That Its Of Not Use To Me, As It Clearly Looking Disastrous . I Went To BATA STORE But The Man At The Counter Try To Misbehave With Me And Shown Me Arrogant Behavior He Said That We Can Replace The Shoe Only If It Had An Issue Of Soul, But We Cannot Give You Any Guarantee For Shiny Material On It .
• The Shoes Are Not Comfortable After Wearing It And Walking For A Long Way Its Edges On Back Start Pinching At The Feet And You Just Feel Like Removing it Again And Again In Order To Make Yourself Comfortable .
• If One Thing Happens Only With Me I Can Understand That But Same Issue Happens With My Father Also My Father Had Also Purchased A SANDAL And Shoes And Only 3 Week Had Gone Through While Walking On The Stairs Its Soul Cracked From Side And Now I Am Getting It That How There Shoes Or SANDAL IS LOGHT WEIGHT AS THEY USE POOR QUALITY LEATHER AND SOUL MATERIAL IN IT .
• I Immediately I Took It To Store And They Told Me That They Will Replace It In 4 Days, But Total 16 Days Has Passed Through But Still Everytime I Visit There They Said That They Had Given Our Shoes And Soon It Will Be Camed After Repairing In The Store .
• Here In India, Bata Is A Oldest Brand And People Trust Them Blindly, But BATA Management And Staff Taking There Customers For Granting, It Is Simply Seen That What Problem You Face BATA Didn’t Care About It . STRICTLY You Cannot Imagine That They Will REFUND YOU BACK BECAUSE ITS NOT IN THERE POLICY, Also There REPLACE POLICY Is Just For a Name, They Didn’t Replace It .
I Will Not Recommend It To Anyone At No Cost They Give You Value For Money Product . Its Hard To Accept That A BRAND LIKE BATA Could Do These Type Of Things With Their Customers . The Shoe LOW QUALITY, LACK OF VARIETY AND IRRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE Is Becoming Its HALLMARK . " BATA " Should Feel Sorry For Loosing Customers And Their Identity And Surely I Am Not The Only One Who Suffered Problem Only Because Of BATA As Its Becoming Its Identity And Its Not Regrettable .
