I placed an order on 1st of Oct 2017 for an amount INR 699 and prepaid amount via card, the item was delivered to me and even after cancelling the order because I purchased the product from a nearby bata store. I still haven’t received my refund after revere pick up and its been a month of repeated calling and ive been listening to the same non-sense of "its been escalated" I have the AWB no and it explains everything in detail. Frustrated with this experience.
