Bata being a old brand my dad is a very regular user of bata . I too sometimes use it but only if I find some cool articles that is up to the trend and the basic demerit of bata is it’s years back in the market . Though I don’t doubt about the genuinity of bata because in so many years I never had a complaint about bata in regard of its material quality. They provide genuine leather and of a very good quality and it’s up to the mark that it’s not so costly as other brand charges us the amount .
Customer service in the bata showroom is good they gurantee for their sold foot wear and take quick action if there is any problem in the foot wear after its sold they give 3 months time which consist of the repair of their sold product for free.
Staff courtesy is good , they are polite and understand the need as per their customer demand and do not hesitate to so as much article as they can .
The major demerit of bata is - this brand is still in its old fashioned trend and they do not give looks as per the requirement of today’s generation .
