Wrost experience with bata.in don’t buy from them online.i order pair of shoe for diwali on sale they sent me defective pair which i requested for exchange instead of sending new pair they issued me credit note which we can’t redeem on discounted items and then i ordered a pair of shoe again by using that voucher on 18th oct-19 but its been25 days and no of calls/mail i have done but no response i get from customer care.
Guys please donot buy wether they are giving item for free.
