Order placed on 16th July 2011. Todays date is 23rd July 2011. In the past 7 days..all they have done is generate the invoice..
The following is a post which I am posting on their facebook wall only to find it deleted a few moments after I paste it. This has happened about 15 times..( I hope they don’t get to delete it here)
"moderators delete the post on the wall?..Instead of resolving a customer’s problem..what U do is delete the post altogether..That shows the integrity you show towards your customer..I have placed an online order 7 days back..and untill now...ONLY the invoice has been generated...7 days to generate an invoice ..no details of dispatch untill now...ON top of that..ur customer care executive ( named Vasim) behaves and talks as if he is doing community service ( on ur toll free no) by talking to me....If this post is also deleted...I will take it that Bata India are cheaters..my money is lost....and that they have no inclination to Customer care /service"
