Recently I purchased a pair of shoes for my 3 year old daughter. I ordered a pair having size 7. The bata website confirmed the availability of size 7 (got the print showing size 7). To my surprise after about 15 days, I got the pair having size 10, which is of no use for me.
The same day I emailed my grievance to customer care of Bata, but, now 5 days has gone, I havn’t received any reply from Bata. So its my sincere advise to not to buy any product of bata online.
