I purchased a slipper of bata. After using only 25 days it shows its actual colour. The quality of the slipper is not good. I contacted with the customer service about their products and the quality of the product but they didn’t show any interest in my side. I mailed to the customer service but they did not reply me at time. I contacted the staff of bata from where I purchased the slippers but they didn’t helped me and did not change my slipper by giving fake reasons . I am not happy with both customers services and staff . I recommend you to not go wih Bata.
