Bata is the most familiar footwear brand of India. It has made it’s name on the market because of its excellent products and its quality. However I ordered a pink slipper for my mom last month from the official bata site. The delivery service was extremely good, the product got delivered at the expected date. But after 2day’s of use, the slippers got damaged. It wasn’t even heavily used. And I emailed to bata regarding this. They haven’t replied me yet, its been 4days. And from my personal experience, I would like to add, bata products are comfortable but they are not durable. They don’t last long. If you are looking for comfort, go for Bata, but if you are looking for durability, bata is the not the option.
