I went to Bata Nex last month to buy a pair of adidas shoes. The outlet did not have the colour I wanted. The sales assistant said she will get it transferred from another outlet and it will arrive in about a week’s time. I called twice after I did not receive any call from the outlet that the shoes arrived. Both times I was told the shoes should be arriving soon. In the end the third time I called to cancel my order ( about one month after my first visit) , I was told that they discontinued the colour. I believe that the outlet should inform the customer once they know that they cannot deliver what they promised.
