Bought ketos on 26 Jan 2023 from vaishali branch in the evening. Next day afternoon came to change as the ketos were defective. But to my surprise they did not changed saying that you put insole in it. When I purchased i checked with insole and salesperson showed according to it. One foot is good and other is getting loose.... called customer service from the shop took twenty minutes and said can’t change...that is y people are not going to bata to waste money on cheap products they keep
