I purchased shoes yesterday evening -there is basically no queue system at the billing section -any person can enter from any side and pay their bills-irrespective of the person waiting since long -and when asked the cashier , he didn’t even bother to respond -about the queue-such a non responsive cashier who has no respect to customers , will just divert u from goin g into the showroom in the future again-I wanted to come back and purchase another pair of shoes-we had kept waiting-but just got irritated with the incident
So if the company wants your customers to come back -please change the cashier or teach ur staff some manners….
