Bata is a worst footwear showroom in India because they sell bad quality material footwear. I recently buy a pair of sport shoes from Bata and they give me warranty to change the shoes from defected to new one but after 2-3 weeks the shoes get teared from the bottom. After I go to the Bata showroom and raise a complaint about shoes and ask them to change the pair into new one but they refuse to change the pair to the new one. Then I talk to the showroom owner but he also refuse to change the shoes.
So, this is my really bad experience with Bata. So I request you all that don’t buy any type of footwear from Bata because Bata sells cheap quality material footwear which get defect in some weeks or days.
