Bought Hush Puppy shoes(Waterproof) for 8000 Bucks, the leather peels away in 6 months. I send them an email with photos. They say 1)n show it to a Bata store 2)show your receipt(better be careful about this because the rcpt they give you is on thermal paper and fades in a few weeks)
Anyway I show the shoes in the Bata store in Andheri West(opp Shoppers Stop) - Manager asks me what polish I use - then he says that the surface has some "shiny" stuff - Huh! I am a Capt in the Merchant Navy, and I am a trainer, so I try to keep my shoes in a highly polished condition - now apparently, thats a fault which nullifies the so called Warranty?
Bata’s service was already terrible, now they’re going crazy charging exorbitant amounts for a product and not maintaining the warrant. AND THIS PRODUCT IS LOUSY, DONT BUY THE OVERPRICED HUSH PUPPIES EVER!
