I initially had a lot of problem creating my profile on batchmates. After succeeding, I received a welcome mail from the site. However, despite replying at least 3 times to the welcome mail e-mail address, plus one other and leaving 2 feedbacks I have yet to receive my confirmation key which is required to get an e-mail icon to directly send mails to those on batchmates.
I am quite surprised at their attitude especially when they mention winning of a lot of awards etc. (Can’t find a single criticism). I also wanted to send a feedback to the developers of the site. But after clicking the submit button, I got a message saying ’’success.asp’’ not found.
