I am a regular shopper at Bathand Body Works and I love this company . Whether online or in the stores , their products are great although they have stopped producing some of the products that I really liked.Overall I like their products , but what I dont like is what I saw today from **a very unprofessional cashier **that was at one of their two stores in **Queens Mall in New York**.
It is Memorial Day Sale and many people are taking advantage of this Holiday Sale , so if one of the cashiers behaved like how she did , I think the company will lose a lot of customers. I was at the register waiting for that **cashier (Janice, I noticed that from her tag) **to finish chatting with her coworker , talking about a customer that just left the store , The cashier **( Janice ) **told her coworker **" That customer really F..... UP , the customer wanted to know a lot of information about the product, F---- That, May be she`s a secret shopper!" ** .
I was shocked hearing that about a previous customer who had just left the store a second ago , not only that, I had to wait by the register for her to chat with her coworkers using the **F** word referring to a customer. Then finally after I had finished my transaction , I asked her for a shopping bag , but she said she didnt have any . Few moments later while I was shopping at the store next to Bath and Body Works , I noticed 2 customers coming out of the store with shopping bags, so she was just lazy to give me a shopping bag and **she lied about it** .I think this company is a good one and they should care about their reputation by hiring employees who can deal with customers appropriately.
