There is the story of a incident in history where there was a encounter of a terrorist but no proof and the movie production made the movie like John Ibrahim kills her junior officer and plays a fake encounter in which many students die. The whole film is about how it survive and why congress and bjp or any other party not enquiry the batlahouse encounter.
