I was planning to buy a swift and for the same I visited Batra and you won’t believe they do not care for the customers. We entered and nobody bothered to attend us and were busy gossiping. But the same experience turned good when one of the Sales Executive was known to us and the other day we visited Batra we didn’t face any problem.
We were attended properly but we had to wait for 1and a half months to get the car.Everything was OK and easy going, but still there was no delivery ceremony. Finally, Batra provides a third class facility, no customer lounge, no one to offer amenities; casual attitude and improper seating arrangement. Overall a very bad experience.
Can never forget???. Would advice Batra to improve and cope up with the shortfalls to have satisfied customers. As may be bacause he is very old dealer in Faridabad, people prefer to buy from Batra despite of the casual attitude........
