Despite of the fact that this movie is based on one of the major problem, ELECTRICITY of the country , it doesnt attracts that much audience because of its weak storyline.
To my point of view, this movie has lack of action drama, romance. Movie is all bout corrupted officials present in our system and there is nothing more than that. A simple court scene with few comedies which will not make you laugh, rather you have to force yourself for the same.
Not that great movie as it poster says!
