I placed order on saturday 4th June 2016
their sms says they will attempt delivery in some 16-18 hours . but IN ACTUAL DELIVERY HAPPENED AFTER 2-3 DAYS
out of the ordered products, ONE PRODUCT WAS MISSING I.E NOT DELIVERED BY THEM.
ORDER WAS PREPAID
they have sent bill for all items and while acknowledging receipt of products it was mentioned on that receipt that ONE PRODUCT IS MISSING
( IT IS NOT LESS THAN A FRAUD WHEN THEY SEND BILL SHOWING ALL ITEMS AND DO NOT ADVISE ON THEIR OWN THAT ONE PRODUCT IS MISSING)
delivery boy advised that missing product will be delivered next day - but EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS MISSING PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME
after sending them many emails over last 3 days, today they replied to ask "WHAT IS MISSING" . so pathetic . it means they have no quality control to check what is sent or not sent to customer . and also it means they do not check delivery acknowledgement receipt signed by customer where product missing was specified
how without internal checks and controls they manage business - that itself is a big question
MY ORDER WAS PREPAID, I PAID THE MONEY . THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE MISSING PRODUCT . do not know what will happen
I HAVE DECIDED TO AVOID BAZAARCART.COM for all the time to come
