Today its an auspicious day to us, as its my nephews birthday, and as usual we went to bazaar kolkata to do shopping for her, as till date I was thinking that I am a happy "Bazaar Kolkata" customer.
Since its inception I been to its Parkstreet and Lindsay outlet many at times,
So lets come back to the incident, so we bought few cloths for her, but it was my bad that size went wrong.
Here starts my "the great" experience with "Bazaar Kolkata"
Today I been to its Howrah Maidan outlet to exchange the cloths, and requested if they allow us to exchange the same to get a proper sized cloths for my nefew, so that she can wear the same today and cut her birthday cake.
May be I should have gone two steps ahead and should have gone to FBB instead,
So the so called manager or sir whatever the security guird was calling that gentle person by. We approached him and requested for the ecchange. He was very ill behaved and was trying to teach me that how should I buy cloths and as if he was giving us conciradation for making first time mistakes. He was utterly rude in his behaviour, he was argumentive, he does not know anything about customer care. He thrown the cloth on my wifes face and said we will not return cloths as its been purchased in discounted rate. FYI ... they are selling all the cloths now at 30% discounted rate... hope its not my fault.
How ever they denied give my money back and and said they will not exchange the cloths as well.
Now I could not give my nefew the closths she needs, my money went for nothing...
I will suggest every one to not go to this shop as it does not know the ABCD of customer care...
And that so called manager is worst than even grocershop owners of local markets...this kind of people should be removed from their jobs...
